Our firm regularly represents parties to disciplinary proceedings before disciplinary boards regarding the conduct of professionals and the law relating to professional conduct and ethics.
Our firm has also had the privilege of having on its team Me Gilles Filion, now deceased. Me Filion was first named judge at the Tribunal du travail and then judge and president of the Tribunal des professions, positions that he held for many years. After his retirement as a judge, he rejoined our firm and shared with us his experience in this sector.
