Health and Social Services Sector

This sector involves several fields of activity and requires specialized legal expertise. For many years, our specialized legal team has participated actively in understanding and resolving legal problems raised in the health and social services network.

Our legal services include advice or opinions, assistance in the performance of the institution’s duties and the defence of its interests before the courts administrative tribunals (Commission d'accès à l'information, Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse, Syndic des ordres professionnels, etc.).
